I wanted a lunch that was healthy too at the same time.
So we decided to make Avial which obviously is healthy as it has various veggies.
Then for digestion , we also included the delicious LEMON RASAM too!!
Both the recipes doesn't take much of time to cook if we have everything in hand ready.
The lunch turned out great with Appalam and curd too!!
